REFUND POLICY

Refunds and Fees

The reputation and success of our agency rests on making YOU happy with YOUR purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer you the option to return most services and subscriptions you purchase from us. However, we cannot refund usage-based billing such as Phone/SMS/Email communication charges.Also, we offer a refund only within the first 90 days. Additionally, in situations where onboarding has been completed, $5000 USD will not be refunded. Also, where applicable, any shortfall of refunds that occur due to international exchange rates will not be covered by Rising Star Media Group, LLC.

UNDERSTANDING EXCHANGE RATES

When it comes to international refunds, exchange rates can be tricky. For instance, if you're in the UK and cancel a USD 2100 subscription, exchange rate changes might affect the refund amount in GBP. We ensure a full refund in GBP of what was originally paid because we can't control these rate fluctuations or cover the differences they might cause. We know this can be frustrating and wish these factors were within our control. Our goal is to be as fair and transparent as possible, maintaining the integrity of our refund process while navigating the complexities of international transactions.

Impact of Exchange Rate on Refund from Rising Star Media Group, LLC:

From our perspective at Rising Star Media Group, LLC, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price in the currency and amount it was charged in. Our policy clearly states that Rising Star Media Group, LLC does not cover losses or provide additional compensation for discrepancies caused by changes in exchange rates. This policy ensures that Rising Star Media Group, LLC is insulated from financial liabilities arising from unpredictable fluctuations in international exchange rates, maintaining the integrity of our refund process while clearly communicating our stance to our customers.

ADDRESSING ERRORS ON OUR PART

We take full responsibility for any errors made by Rising Star Media Group, LLC, including incorrect charges. If you've been affected by a mistake on our part, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly and fairly.

OUR COMMITMENT

Rising Star Media Group, LLC is dedicated to ensuring fairness and trust in all transactions. We understand the importance of rectifying errors and ensuring our customers are not financially impacted by our unintentional mistakes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All of our subscriptions start at a 13-month contract and clients are free to cancel with a minimum of 30 days notice from their next billing date. Prior to cancellation it is your responsibility to ensure all media assets, customer lists, configured features (templates, workflows etc.), funnels, websites, and phone numbers are transferred or removed from service. Once your cancellation is processed this is irreversible and all data within the system will be purged including any phone numbers purchased through the system. If you'd like to transfer out any actively used phone numbers it will be your responsibility to submit the porting request to do so.

Instead of cancelling your account permanently you may opt to pause your billing for a short specified period of time after which point we will be able to resume your account. During this time all access, communications (Phone/SMS/Email), websites, automations, and other services will be paused. You will be responsible for the direct maintenance fees of phone numbers charged by the carrier however they will not be terminated/released. All functions and billing will automatically resume after the specified period of time. Suspensions are limited to 90-day spans after which billing will resume for a minimum of 30 days. The benefit of pausing is that all your settings, designs, and setup will stay as they are until you resume your services, again.

Each client is eligible to pause their account for a maximum of 90 days all at once, or three separate months.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Eligibility for a money-back guarantee is contingent upon the following conditions:

1. You must have a signed contract with Rising Star Media Group, LLC that explicitly states a money-back guarantee for your specific case, along with projected resolutions.

2. A refund request cannot be made arbitrarily; it must be in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed contract.

3. Our commitment is to deliver results. As part of our money-back guarantee policy, we will first attempt to redesign and optimize the funnel to achieve results. If this fails to produce any results, we may offer a partial or full refund under certain conditions.

You are eligible for a refund under specific conditions only:

1. The project must be fully completed and launched within 30 days of onboarding with the support of Team Rising Star Media Group, LLC.

2 The client must provide all requested resources, information, and guidance without fail.

3. The client must provide insight into customer psychology and the content to be included in the copy.

4. The client must supply information about real competitors for reference.

5. The client must fulfill any other requirements as per the project's demands.

6. Eligibility for a refund requires that the funnel be tested or the project be completed; refunds will not be considered otherwise.

7. A refund request should be made if there are zero results after testing with at least 10,000 targeted clicks.

8. Refund requests will not be considered if made more than 90 days after the project's start date.

9. Clients who behave inappropriately or show disrespect towards the team or project managers will not be eligible for a refund.

10. Additional terms and conditions may apply, as deemed necessary by Rising Star Media Group, LLC.

If your existing website has a conversion rate of less than 2% (based on the latest 90-day statistics with at least 10,000 clicks and opt-in information, which must be provided before we commence the project), and it is transformed into a sales funnel designed by Rising Star Media Group, LLC, you will be eligible for further optimization if, within the first 90 days of usage, the funnel receives over 10,000 targeted clicks but yields almost "zero" opt-ins, indicating that the funnel's conversion rate is no better than that of your original website (e.g., less than 2% opt-in rate). If there is no improvement in results, we can offer you a refund of a certain amount. However, statistics and clicks below 10,000 will not be considered, as the data is too limited to determine the effectiveness of the results. We will evaluate your sales funnel's traffic and statistics, taking all factors into account to determine an appropriate resolution. As the decision-making authority, Rising Star Media Group, LLC and its team retain the right to vary the refund amount under our money-back policy. For example, depending on the situation, we may offer a refund of 50%, 30%, or less, especially in cases where you have experienced zero results.

MARKETING AND PUBLICITY

Per our Privacy and Conditions, you agree to permit Rising Star Media Group, LLC to identify you as a customer and to use your name and/or logo in Rising Star Media Group, LLC's website and marketing materials.

PROJECT TERMS

The client agrees to adhere to the guidance provided by the Rising Star Media Group, LLC team at all times. Key responsibilities include:

1. Completing the onboarding form accurately, as the success of the funnel heavily relies on this information.

2. Engaging in clear communication with the Rising Star Media Group, LLC team regarding the desired outcome, including the theme, design, graphics, technology, and other elements that will define the funnel's end goal, structure, and customer journey.

3. Providing detailed instructions or recording a video to guide the copywriter on the language, wording, and messaging for the entire funnel.

4. Supplying all necessary resources before the project commences. The project is expected to be completed within 28 days from the onboarding date. If delays occur due to the client's actions, a management fee of $500 per month will be incurred for additional support and management.

5. Meeting any other requirements as demanded by the project.

Please note that you may be eligible for a refund or exceptions for any of our services and products. Additional terms and conditions may apply as deemed necessary by Rising Star Media Group, LLC.

The expected delivery time for the funnel is 45 business days. Our engagement operates on a contracted 13-month basis. Clients retain 100% ownership of all assets produced during the project. We do not charge hourly or daily fees beyond the agreed-upon payments, ensuring you do not face additional investment decisions for our support. Our team is available for chat support and will schedule calls as necessary. The fee mentioned covers all services specified in the project scope. Clients are expected to adhere to all policies outlined in this privacy policy. To maintain the project timeline, clients must provide all necessary resources to the contractor within one week of the project's start date. If the project is delayed beyond 45 days due to client-related issues, a management fee of $500 per month will be incurred to oversee client and project resources until delivery.
